LPs
UK- GBP
3.00 for the first LP and then GBP 1.00 for each LP thereafter up to a maximum of GBP 15.00 for a parcel of 40 LPs.
Larger orders are not expensive. Please e-mail for a quote.
Europe- GBP 4.50 for the first LP and then GBP 1.50 for each LP thereafter until the parcel reaches 2 kilos
in weight. Larger parcels cost around GBP 75.00 for a parcel of 40 LPs. For larger orders please e-mail for
a quote.
Rest of the world- GBP 7.00 for the first LP and then GBP 3.50 for each LP thereafter
until the parcel reaches 2 kilos in weight. Larger parcels cost around GBP 95.00 for a parcel of 40 LPs.
NOTE: an order of around 90 LPs will cost around GBP 145.00 for airmail shipping by fully trackable courier which will bring
the shipping cost down to around GBP 1.61 per LP. Delivery will typically be within a week.
If you are considering ordering a large number of LPs please contact us for a quote on competitive air courier
rates.
Very large orders can be sent by sea freight at around GBP 300.00 for
a cubic metre of records which can work out at as low as GBP 0.15 per LP.
Please note that the shipping cost
for one more LP will have to be added to the cost of box sets of LPs to take into account the weight of the box. For
example, shipping for a box set of 3 LPs will as for 4 LPs.
7 inch singles/ EPs
UK- GBP 1.50 for one to three singles, then GBP 0.50 for each single thereafter.
Europe- GBP 2.50 for one to three singles then GBP 1.00 for each single
thereafter.
Far East/ Rest of the
World- GBP 3.50 for one to three singles then GBP 1.50 for each single thereafter.
CDs
UK- £1.00 for first CD then £0.50 for each CD thereafter.
NOTE: UK CD delivery offer.
No postage and packaging charge for any CD order over £20.00.
Europe-
GBP 2.00 for first CD then GBP 0.75 for each CD therafter.
Far East/ Rest of the World GBP 3.00 for first CD then GBP 1.00 for each CD thereafter.
UK parcels will be sent by Royal Mail first
class post, Royal Mail Standard Parcel Post, Parcelforce or courier depending on the weight of the parcel(s).
Overseas parcels will be sent by Royal Mail airmail small packet or by Parcelforce airmail standard depending on the
weight of the parcel. Larger orders by fully trackable courier by air. If surface mail is required please ask
for confirmation of shipping costs and please be aware that surface mail is very slow and can take in the region of 8 weeks
for smaller deliveries. No insurance is available for surface mail deliveries.
INSURANCE
Insurance for parcels can also be arranged on request.
Insurance for UK parcels is by means of Royal Mail Special Delivery.
This will cost GBP 20.00 total charge (includes postage) for a parcel containing a maximum of 40 LPs.
Insurance for overseas parcels weighing up to 2 kilos will cost GBP 3.50
for items of value up to GBP 30.00. Insurance can be increased up to a value of GBP 500.00 depending on location
for an additional fee of GBP 2.00.
Overseas
parcel weighing over 2 kilos are automatically insured up to a vaule of GBP 150.00. Insurance can be increased
up to a value of GBP 500.00 depending on destination for a fee of GBP 10.00. For large orders to be sent by air,
the fully trackable courier service is recommended
If you require priority airmail please ask for details of cost. Proof of sending is obtained for every
parcel sent out, however we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit unless the parcel has been
insured. Parcels sent within the UK are automatically guaranteed against loss or damage up to a value of GBP 27.00
regardless. Any loss or damage must be reported within 28 days.
We will try to keep shipping costs as
low as possible. Purchase of multiple LPs will reduce the shipping cost per item significantly. There is no limit
to the amount of records which can be purchased in one order although parcels will be limited to a maximum of 100 LPs
in each parcel as this should prevent damage in transit (any number of these large parcels can be sent together in one consignment).
